If you're site is related to a specific country, you should link to BigTravelWeb's relevant subpage ie. if your site is related to Brazil, you should link to www.bigtravelweb.com/brazil.htm.
The anchor text of the link to BigTravelWeb should be along the lines of "Travel Guides". So if you are linking to www.bigtravelweb.com/brazil.htm , the anchor text should be something like "Brazil Travel Guide" or "Travel to Brazil" or something you deem appropriate, eg:
