There are direct flights from various cities in the USA, making it a very popular Mexico vacation spot.

    Acapulco Hotels & Resorts

Most hotels in Acapulco are first class luxury all inclusive resorts offering beach view rooms, perfect for a relaxing vacation in Mexico. There are, however, budget hotels that are not located on the beach front.

Las Brisas: Las Brisas is certainly one of the finest hotels in Acapulco. This hotel is smaller and feels more exclusive than many of the other larger resorts in Acapulco. Las Brisas is very much a luxury hotel, while rooms have private swimming pools and the hotels restaurant has spectacular views.

Fairmont Acapulco Princess: The Acapulco Princess hotel is just out of town, on the Revolcadero Beach. There a numerous swimming pools in this large all inclusive resort, and most rooms have excellent beach views. There are several restaurants to choose from, from the al fresco to the al a carte to the all you can eat buffet.

Fairmont Pierre Marques: This Fairmont hotel has 335 rooms and suites set in extensive tropical gardens. The restaurant specialises in both International and Mexican cuisine. The Pierre Marques resort feels quite secluded but is just 20 minutes from central Acapulco and a few minutes from the airport.

Fiesta Americana Condesa: the Fiesta Americana is another large all inclusive resort with 450 rooms and a golf course, making this a prefect spot for golf tours.

Copacabana Hotel: The Copacabana is a beach-front hotel, minutes away from the major shopping and restaurant areas. With 425 rooms, the hotel has a large pool area with bar, and outdoor jacuzzi. The pool area can get crowded and noisy, particularly during Spring Break when young Americans come en mass. The Copacabana Acupulco hotel is considered one of the best places for Spring Break (party) vacation in Mexico.

Hyatt Regency: This beach resort hotel is located in central Acapulco and is suitable for those seeking a central location but a luxury hotel.

Spring Break & Nightlife in Acapulco

Acapulco can get very busy and rowdy during spring break as young vacationers descend on mass for a party vacation. The nightlife is legendary at clubs such as the Palladium Acapulco. The Palladium club is certainly one of the best places for partying vacations. In addition to the numerous clubs and bars, many tourists visit this part of Mexico to experience many of the excellent Mexican restaurants.

    Acapulco Flights

Flights to Acapulco can easily be booked online with a number of airlines. Mexicana and AeroMexico both offer very regular flights from Mexico City, while most of the American airlines offer flights from travel hubs mainly on the Western coast.
